The book is written by a 'double' refugee - an Armenian who was forced to flee from Baku to Stepanakert (Mountaneous Karabakh capital) during pogroms of Armenians broken out there at the end of 80-s and then had to return to Baku as he did not support the policy of Armenia and Karabakh leaders and was consiquently considered a pariah among local population of Karabakh.
