The monograph is devoted to the history of the tiny Nikolayevskaya Andrusova desert, located in a secluded area on the eastern coast of Lake Ladoga on a small peninsula-cape "in a shallow bay, known today as the Andrusovskaya Bay" and examines the history of an Orthodox monastery located on that very shore. A special section in the monograph is devoted to the monastery's architectural complex. The author Kozhevnikova Yulia Nikolaevna is Doctor of Historical Sciences.
