The book reviews the amendments made to Bulgaria's public procurement legislation between 2016 and 2019. Its main focus is on a set of major amendments and supplements to the Public Procurement Act which became effective on March 1, 2019 and the revised rules for the Act's implementation. The book presents a future centralized electronic platform for public procurement bidding and contracting, which will go into operation on November 1, 2019. It also looks into the practice of the Commission for Protection of Competition and the Supreme Administrative Court. The latest versions of the Public Procurement Act and the rules for its implementation are published in an appendix.
