The action of the story takes place in a small district town. Entrepreneur Menkin settles in a building that was once a temple. Menkin and his wife Svetlana feel on top of happiness. But their joy is overshadowed by unexpected events that soon begin to take place in the temple and terrify the hosts. Menkin calls for help of former paratrooper Andrei. He hopes that Andrew will help him in this difficult moment. The book also includes poems and choruses.
