The offered monograph is devoted to the history of foundation and activity of the Moslem faction of Russian State Duma (1907-1917). Special attention is paid to the analysis of the position of Moslem deputies regarding the elaboration of religious legislation. The attitude of Moslem deputies and Tatar community towards religious legislation is traced on the basis of different sources, including Tatar periodical press of that time. The research work is supplied with photomaterials and enclosure containing the full list of Moslem deputies with biographical data and information about their participation in the factions of Duma and committees.
