The book was created to popularize the folk art crafts of Nizhny Tagil. Viktor Vasiliev was a member of the Union of Artists of Russia, ran a stone-cutting workshop, and was awarded many diplomas and awards. He died in 2020 at the age of 66. The pages of the publication contain memories of the years of Viktor Mikhailovich's creativity, photographs of his unique works, awards, and the master's merits.
