This work was created jointly by scientists and teachers of the Economics and Finance Department of the Academy of Management. The book is divided into four chapters based on the fact that the primary goals of economic policy are divided into three categories: process policy, structural policy, and order policy. In the first chapter: Bogd Khant Mongolia, Centrally Planned Mongolian People's Republic and the economic conditions, policies, activities, results, challenges and lessons learned in the early stages of the transition to the market system are described. In the second chapter: monetary and budget-financial stabilization policies aimed at regulating the economic process, especially affecting changes in the economic situation, tax policies regulating the redistribution of income and property, fiscal expenditure policies, financial market policies, public debt management and public financial control. including problems. In the third chapter, economic development, foreign direct investment, energy, agriculture, tourism and education policies aimed at shaping and developing the economic structure and balanced development of the region were studied. In the fourth chapter: competition policy, environmental policy, and property rights issues for shaping the economic order and general conditions were studied and presented.
