The monograph presents the results of research in the field of modernization of the Belarusian industry. Through the prism of the new political and economic concept "risk economy", reflecting the ontological and phenomenological essence of modern society, the theoretical and methodological foundations of industrial modernization in new technological and geo-economic conditions are studied, the experience of implementing industrial policies of foreign countries is analyzed and directions and tools for modernizing the national industrial sector are proposed.
