The collective monograph is devoted to the legal regulation of the implementation of climate policy against the background of new contemporary challenges, climate threats and ensuring environmental security in the global context. The authors on the basis of comparative research and interdisciplinary approach considered in detail the instruments and mechanism of legal regulation of climate policy in Russia and abroad. The article studies main factors of transformation of national environmental law taking into account the world climate agenda.
