The principal problem of philosophy on mutual tie of matter and consciousness is discussed, science, technique, production being in impetuous progress. The using of abstract schemes for the theoretical reasoning makes a possibility of elemental idealism, idealism in a concrete reasoning. Displays of elemental idealism in works of founders of Marxism-Leninism are discussed. Class relations into countries of "golden milliard" have changed. New contradictions between mankind and nature unknown earlier have arisen. The contradictions having arisen in the contemporaneous society as result of that are discussed. The simplest theoretical scheme of the contemporaneous society is constructed. The theoretical socialism and the historical socialism are not the same. The historical embodiment of socialism and the theoretical problems of it's the first phase are discussed. Marxism cleaned of elemental idealism and reflecting the state of the contemporaneous society may be called the Correct Marxism.
