The results of complex investigations of the group of Mesolithic sites Parch 1, 2, 3, situated in the upper part of the Vychegda valley, are presented. Reconstruction of the history of the area has made it possible to determine the ancient relation of the sites to the river channel. The sources of the stone raw materials used by the ancient people for their tool production were found.
