The materials are an attempt to build a chronological sequence of events in the cultural life of the Krasnoyarsk Territory in 1965-1967, during a period of active growth in economic and industrial potential. Based on the materials from periodicals of the studied period, which are stored in the funds of the State National Library and the State Archive of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, and also on the memoirs of direct participants of the cultural life of the Territory.
