The book includes poems written by Lyubomir Levchev over the last 37 years. Levchev (born 1935) is one of Bulgaria's most famous and influential contemporary poets, former chairman of the Union of Bulgarian Writers, with books published in 36 countries. The first part of the book is called "Love" and includes mainly poems dedicated to concrete people, while the second part, "In the Square", is dedicated to concrete political events and facts. Part three, "God", features mystical and philosophical works. Part four, "Landscapes by an Unknown Master", includes poems in metrical verse. Finally, "Black Book" is about species on the verge of extinction such as humanity, and also silence, the ability to see the invisible, to kiss the past. To say what cannot be said.
