The book is based on archival sources, the recorded testimonials of eyewitnesses - Ukrainians, Poles and Jews - and recollections published in different periods. The social and ethnic behaviour of the local population during the German occupations under the conditions of the so-called "final solution of the Jewish question "is analyzed on the basis of historical-genetic and sociological method. For the first time the names of Poles and Ukrainians, who were annihilated by fascists for the assistance to Jews, are published in this book.
