The monograph is devoted to a comparative analysis of the criminal law protection of economic relations in the United States and Ukraine. Four main blocks of issues are consistently covered: general preconditions and methodological bases of comparative legal research in the field of criminal law; systemic signs of criminal encroachments on economic relations in the United States and Ukraine as an object of comparative research; comparative legal analysis of certain groups of crimes encroaching on economic relations with the criminal law of the two compared countries; theoretical and applied bases and normative regulation of application of measures of criminal legal influence applied to the persons who have committed economic crimes in the USA and Ukraine.
