The monograph is a comprehensive study of the legal regulation of State control over economic concentration in the Russian Federation. The article considers issues connected with determination of economic concentration, history of legal regulation of state control in this sphere. Attention is paid to the problems of defining the objectives of state control over economic concentration. The author analyzes in detail the object of control, the basic principles of establishing a list of transactions and other actions subject to state control, as well as problems existing within the procedure of state control. The final chapter discusses the negative legal consequences of violation of requirements in this sphere.
