The monograph explores the mechanism of protection of labor rights and legitimate interests of workers. Based on the study of conceptual approaches of the general and branch theory, the concept of a mechanism for the protection of labor rights is substantiated, and its elements are determined. The legal relations in the mechanism of protection of labor rights and legitimate interests of employees, the employee's right to protection, principles of protection, labor rights and legitimate interests of employees as objects of legal protection, subjects of protection, as well as legal methods of protecting labor rights and legitimate interests have been investigated. The concepts and types of legal forms of protection are considered. Proposals for improving the conceptual apparatus of the mechanism for protecting labor rights, legislation regulating relations in this area and the practice of its application are formulated.
