The author, former colonel, honored with various government awards and now assistant professor of the Academy of Science of Ukraine who has a degree in jurisprudence, tells about blood tragedy that took place in Kosovo (Yugoslavia) because of enmity between Serbs and Albanians. The situation, in the author's opinion, had worsened after intervention of the United States and other countries members of NATO in affairs of the independent country Yugoslavia. The author stresses the necessity of integration of all Slavic nations in order to defend equal rights, territorial integrity, and political independence.
