The first popular science essay on the history of 25 Izhevsk labor dynasties of the 18th – 20th centuries, which made a significant contribution to the industrial and socio-cultural development of the unique city-factory. The essay was written on the basis of archival documents stored in the Central State Archive of the Udmurt Republic, the memoirs of the descendants of labor dynasties.
