Ivan Krastev is a Bulgarian political scientist, permanent fellow at the Institute of Human Sciences in Vienna, director/trustee of the School of Civic Education in London, chairman of the Centre for Liberal Strategies in Sofia and a contributing opinion writer for The New York Times.
