Forces of nature can not be fully described, and sometimes consequences of their interaction happen to be tragic or surprising. The present work studies the natural processes mechanism as a whole and its influence on internal-drainage systems in particular. The research employs the theory of high and low tide periods and makes it possible to forecast changes of water-level in Caspian Sea.
