The book includes works by the outstanding Russian economist A.D.Bilimovich (1876-1963), which have never been republished in Russia. In 1920 Bilimovich had to leave Russia, but never stopped his scientific activity and teaching in emigration (Ljubljana-Munich-California). His works reflect little-known spheres of our domestic economic science. His last work presents the author’s reflection about future of the post-soviet Russia.
