In a unique collection, the authors captured more than a hundred years of history of the youth movement, perpetuating it thereby for the future generation. The chapters, like the book itself, are called quotes from the Komsomol songs. Portraits of all the secretaries of the Youth Union since its inception were restored from the scraps of photographs. The authors relied only on reliable sources and stated the facts, which are documented. Photos from the Belarusian State Archive of Film and Photo Documents, BelTA, the BRYU Central Committee and the personal archives of the authors were used in the work.
