The book is based on family lists of noblemen exiled from the outskirts of Soutine, Igumensky Uezd, for participating in the 1863 uprising in the remote provinces of the Russian Empire. The book, which traced the fate of exiles for their participation in the uprising of 1863, their ancestors and descendants for 200 years, from the beginning of the 19th century to modern descendants.
