Petrus Brovka Belarusian Encyclopedia Publishing House has published a new novel by Uladzimir Salamakha, a Belarusian writer and publicist. Vladimir Salamakha is a laureate of the State Prize of the Republic of Belarus, a laureate of the National Literary Prize for the best work of literature, the author of many books of prose. His new novel in short stories "When One Fall" is devoted to the problem of choosing a person in wartime and postwar.
