The aim of this book is to acquaint the reader with two trends of investigations in the sphere of ethnography and ethnology. On the one hand it presents the analysis of factors, origins, mechanisms and presuppositions of ethnical mobilization and shows a contradictory role of intelligentsia in the use of uniting strength of native language.
