This monograph develops topics of the previous edition "Tendencies of Human Development in Kazakhstan" published in 2001. The book opens with a general theoretical part which dwells on the concept of human development and its changes. Methodology of statistic evaluation of human development in Kazakhstan is presented in the form of a system.
