The yearbook contains statistics about the hourly wages and salaries, actually worked hours and the average number of male and female employees in 1998 by occupational group. It provides data about full-time and part-time employees. Employees with the contract of agreement have been excluded. The number of male and female employees by group of wages and salaries has also been presented. A separate part deals with hourly wages and salaries of male and female employees by major groups of occupations and economic activites; the proportion of average hourly gross wages and salaries of other occupational groups in the legislators, senior officials and managers average hourly gross wagws and salaries and the proportion of womens average hourly gross wages and salaries in the mens average hourly gross wages and salaries have also been given. Illustrated by numerous diagrams. Contains also the explanation of the methodology and basic terms. The Yearbook will be published in September.
