The monograph is dedicated to the problems of interaction between grammatical and non-grammatical categories in Slavonic languages. In part I the attention is paid to functioning of grammatical forms of one verb category and the role of grammatical forms of other verb category (imperative mood as the past tense or the subjunctive mood). Part II describes the ways of defining meanings of the semantic category of definiteness/indefiniteness with the help of grammatical categories of the noun (the case, the number) and the verb (the aspect, the person and the number).
