The author narrates about Russian emigratory press in Berlin. Problems of its formation and evolution in 1919-1922 are investigated on the basis of numerous printed sources and archival materials. The second part of the book is assigned to publications from newspapers of the Russian Berlin of the post-revolutionary period, the majority of which are reprinted for the first time.
