The issue marks the 170th anniversary of the A.I.Gertsen Kirov Regional Scientific Library and comprises letters by E.V.Gogel', a specialist in library science, sent from Vyatka to the lawyer A.F.Koni in 1918-1922, an unpublished article by K.V.Dryagin "Library over 10 Years of Revolution", essays devoted to the oldest workers of Kirov library, correspondence of the Vyatka family of the Moralevs in the early XXth century.
