The monograph continues the publication of the Eight Books, a complete translation of the Old Slavonic Bible from Greek into the first eight books of the Old Testament, made in Bulgaria in the 10th century. Publication of the Book of Genesis based on the Trinity Manuscript № 44 and 20 other manuscripts of biblical collections, the oldest of which dates from the end of the XIV century. Numerous versions of the texts have been compared, including with the Greek Septuagint according to the Göttingen edition, and when it comes to borrowing from the official version - with Parimiynik. The publication is accompanied by a preface, an index of vocabulary with word forms and an index of titles.
