The monograph on history of Moldova can be divided into two main parts: the first one analyzes the international position and the struggle of the Moldavian Principality for independence within the context of general Ottoman policy during the second half of the XVth century and the first half of the XVIth century, the second one reflects Moldavia's foreign policy and the internal resistance movement after the final imposition and consolidation of regime of Ottoman suzerainty.
