But the guest cannot stop at the threshold of our house, nor is he allowed to the most holy - the sacrament of enjoying consumption, the joy of eating in good company, immersing himself in smells, tastes and decorations.
The people of Bukovynia are hospitable, no chronicler has yet recorded hungry guests in Bukovyna, and no landlord has let them go.
Bukovyna cuisine is the coronation and sublimation of landscapes, cultures, and poetry, where "mirror carp kept a spicy silence in five languages."
