Budimir Aleksic (1968) Savnik, Stara Herzegovina, finished primary and secondary school in Niksic. He graduated from the Department of General Literature and Literary Theory of the Faculty of Philology in Belgrade, where he obtained a master's degree with the thesis "Biblical themes and motifs in Vuk's poems of the most ancient times", as well as a doctorate with the dissertation "Fantasy and science fiction in the novels for children by Ced Vukovic Since 1995, he has been working at the Serbian Orthodox seminary "Sveti Petar Cetinjski" in Cetinje, where he teaches Serbian language and literature. From the fall of 2000 to 2002, he was the Assistant Minister of Religion in the Government of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. Since 2006, he has been a member of the Parliament of Montenegro. He was elected to the position of assistant professor in 2016 at the Faculty of Culture and Media of Megatrend University in Belgrade.
