A very bold and, of course, new approach in economic science is the first proposed full text of the "Economic Manifesto", which talks about the future of Kazakhstan, its historical mission on the path of social progress, the future of our children and grandchildren, their cultural and moral development, education and social demand, what the country will be like in ten, twenty, thirty and fifty years. These thoughts are revealed through a new vision of human capital, through the presentation of the primary tasks of the new economic policy: the formation of a highly educated middle class; ensuring decent wages; achieving a reasonable high employment rate; improving political institutions, transition to a new system of state property management; solving the triune formula "land - property - agriculture"; the relationship between reforms and power; a new vision in the development of parliamentarism.
