The monograph describes the process of formation and development of Soviet arbitration as a tool for resolving economic disputes during the existence of the USSR. The publication gives the course of the origin and improvement of the institution of arbitration commissions as a result of the liberalization of economic relations during the NEP years. The monograph highlights the development of state arbitration during the period of strengthening the administrative and command system.
