The publication, through official records, safety announcements, minutes of hearings, court testimonies and other period documents, brings together one of the largest political processes in Slovakia and all over the Czechoslovak Republic, which took place in Bratislava on 18-21 October 1950. Viliam Zingor, a prominent guerilla commander of the Second World War, was sentenced to death on the false charge of being the leader of "reactionary elements" in Slovakia. At the same time, the process fell into the political line of struggle against "Slovak bourgeois nationalism", "separatism" and "titoism". Also included in the publication are 1968 Rehabilitation Proceedings.
