The scientist defended his Ph.D. thesis "The Law of Negation of Negation in Materialist Dialectics". In 1973 he defended his doctoral dissertation "The problem of social denial". Professor. Specialist in the field of the theory of dialectics and social philosophy. Explores the categorical structure of materialistic dialectics, the methodology of social cognition, philosophical problems of man. Develops questions of the variety of types of denial, the specifics of social dialectics, the theory of social action, social synergy, humanism. Substantiates the idea of the need to concretize general dialectical categories and laws in relation to the realities of social life for a more heuristically significant understanding of social subjects of philosophical analysis. Conducts a philosophical analysis of the problems of spiritual synergy, identifies the features of such phenomena as the images of philosophical thought, the relationship between philosophy and ideology, determines the types of philosophical and social criticism.
