This book is a confession of a "heavyweight" in Belarusian politics N.I. Cherginets, who headed the Standing Committee of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus on International Affairs and National Security for more than 12 years, the Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Belarus and Russia on Foreign Policy, and also represented the Republic of Belarus in the UN from 1997 to 2008.
