The diary notes of 1858-1860 by Mikhal Halubovich, Bishop, Doctor of Theology and Church Jurisprudence, belong to a small number of documents that convey the air of the remote epoch of the XIXth century. The unique source mentions more than 250 Belarusian geographical locations and about 650 people. The memoirs were written in Polish and the translation properly preserves all the linguistic peculiarities of the original. The book includes the index of names and geographical locations.
