The aim of the book is to present a profound survey on the history of Dargin people as one of the Daghestan (republic in northeastern Caucasia, southern Russia) ethnic group that has common origin and close connections with other ethnic groups of Caucasia, and to reflect the similaruty of their material and spiritual culture. In its second volume the author starts his research with the early XVIIth century and finishes it with the end of the war in Daghestan in the late XIXth century.
