The book presents a comprehensive analysis of separatism - in historical, political, legal, sociological, economic-geographical, and security aspects. Given the role of the ethnic factor in the emergence and strengthening of separatism, the main provisions of the concept of "good" and "bad" nationalism are refuted. It is shown that such a dichotomy had a negative impact on the implementation of active pro-Ukrainian ethnopolitics and the perception of national liberation movements in the world.
