The offered collection is the most complete edition of literary heritage of Sergei Dovlatov, a famous prose writer from St.Petersburg (since 1979 he lived in New-York). The first volume includes his early prose, stories about his emigrant life. The second volume deals with episodes from camp life in the Republic of Komi within the Soviet epoch, articles on emigration from the weekly "New American" (New-York) where Dovlatov was the editor-in-chief in 1980-1982.
