Aleksandrs Chaks (real name Aleksandrs Chadarainis; 1901-1950) was a Latvian poet and writer. "Chaks and Time" is a book by Silvija Radzobe, published by Zane Radzobe. It would be different if the author herself was destined to finish it. The book had a clear idea, but no structure, some parts of it were an unfinished draft. When finishing what she started, it was important to Zane that it should still be Silvija Radzobe's book. The monograph is structured in four parts with subsections, and each of them has a different theme: Chuck during the Russian Civil War, Chuck in relations with the fair sex, Chuck and Riga, "Eternally affected". The monograph was published with the financial support of Riga City Council and the State Cultural Capital target program KULTURelpa.
