The monograph is a comprehensive study of the administrative-delict mechanism of ensuring border security in the Ukrainian state, in which the concept and essence of state border security and the peculiarities of its research methodology are revealed. The system is defined and the administrative-legal characteristics of administrative offenses (delicts) encroaching on the border security of the state and the administrative penalties imposed for their commission are given.
