This remarkable book includes a study on the Bogomil movement and a collection of Bogomilist texts. The movement started as a Christian sect in Bulgaria in the 10th century and later influenced Christian groups in Western Europe. The study explores the origins of Bogomilism, the essence of the teaching, its dissemination and importance. The Bogomil texts are presented and analyzed in two sections. The first section includes the core texts of the teaching, and the second one presents works which were accepted and edited by the Bogomils and helped them spread their teaching.
