"The Belarusian Archive of Ancient Letters" is a reprint edition of the first archaeographic collection of documents on the history of Belarus in the 16th-18th centuries, which reflects the political ties of princes and feudal lords, presents documents on the development of cities and trade, the formation of estates on the territory of modern Belarus. The compiler of the collection is Archpriest I. I. Grigorovich (1792-1852), a Belarusian Orthodox priest, archaeologist and archaeographer, linguist and literary scholar.
The reprint edition of the first part of the collection contains all the notes made by readers during the period of its storage in the National Library of Belarus.
This publication is addressed not only to historians, students, but also to everyone interested in the history of Belarus.
