The Duke of Baljinnyam took part in the affairs of the Bogd Khanate of Mongolia during the reign of Olnoo, worked as a scribe in the Ministry of the Interior, and was appointed scribe when Da Lama Tserenchim was appointed Minister of Magic in the Western Frontier. It is noteworthy that he wrote the letters of Bogd Khaan and Dondogdulam. He was a well-written and well-educated man, as evidenced by the relevant historical documents. He is also considered one of the patriots who worked tirelessly to save the Chinese Gamin army and Baron Unger's military aggressors in 1921.
