The publication was prepared for the 230th anniversary of the birth of S.T. Aksakov. In the book, for the first time, the autographs of S.T. Aksakov from the museum collection. More than 200 pages of the edition contained fragments of manuscripts by S.T. Aksakov, his letters to various persons, letters addressed to S.T. Aksakov (including 7 letters of N.V. Gogol), writer's inscriptions, documents.
